Has anyone else seen this type of thing happen? I think I've seen it with Tomcats and Hornets, too, but never as clear-cut as this.

Hey elephantium.
Sometimes the aircraft like to go for a swim you just need to keep a eye on them, its the Doc files that causes this problem.
They can also run out of fuel or planes have crash into each other.
