I found the problem! This mod tries to access two IDs for nodes that aren't present in TMO2. RSRD has a file with those IDs(from a SH3 file it seems) so it works with RSRD.
For people playing TMO2 without RSRD just add this little .dat file to your library folder (or save it in the
TheDarkWraith_DC_Water_Disturbance_v2_0_SH4 folder before enabling it) and it should work fine with TMO2!
