Don't worry my allegiance is to the USN no doubt but in O'Kane's book, he mentions ULTRA so I figured it would be those contact reports or convoy reports from code breakers in Pearl / Midway / Brisbane area. Yes this is what I meant. But only if we could start an ULTRA thread here, but I guess traffic differs from computer to computer hence at any point in the game, if one for instance reports a battleship force SE of Saipan at point in time X/X/1944 and another player is in the vicinity of this area at around the same point in time (X-1 day/X/1944) so I dont think the same user would spot the same convoy, or is it the other way around? |
Oh, now I get you. The problem with that is both people would have to be playing the same day in game. We've done threads in the past with this since most traffic in RSRD is 100% scripted to spawn, so it will be there same day regardless of who plays. Stock is more random, so difficult. People use to start threads showing SS's where they locate traffic using RSRD so people could find it once they got to that day.
