I know I once saw an enhanced light-house in the DL section. Don't know if they're still there or if they were for the PTO/ATO. If you're looking for enhancements and are playing the PTO, why not just use TMO? The harbors are a lot more interesting with their concrete breakwaters, extra buildings, personnel, batteries, etc. All in one mod without creating any soup.
