Glock is awesome, very modern and you'll probably find that it carries elements from the M1911. The Semi-Automatic pistol started with the Mauser C96, but then Browning took in the M1900, then the Hi-Power and then the M1911 which is still in service today. That's a hundred years with very little change to the original design. That's a classic alright.
