The other effected characters seem to remain as Matroonsen Obergefrieter once they get "demoted" from Kapitan zur See.
I found a file that refers to their ranks as well as various interior sub systems and other crewmembers (ActiveUserPlayerUnits.UPC) and tried to edit it but it had no result in game.

Have you edit the File with notepad and write in the file the correct ranks, but they donīt show correct in game ?
