O.T.: s3 editor is quite the beautiful program. It let's you change almost anything in the game. I'm only just starting to figure out all the things you can do with it, but it sure is a fantastic tool. |
Hi mate,
You would be surprised i have underwater pictures of Wilhelmshaven and the north sea and it is greenish just like in our mod to get the water color i just sample one light green area of the picture and one in the dark green and you have the green color you see on the screenies on the underwater section of the website
