I don't know if this would be possible, but could the spray coming over the conning tower be linked in some way to the water drops that appear occassionally on the screen?
I had the two effects happen to coincide a couple of times and the overall effect was incredibly immersive...... Really like actually being there.
Sorry if this is a stupid idea...... when it comes to modding I have no idea what is and isn't feasible.
