I notice this problem ( Kiel transfer issue) months ago when i played SH3 for the first time (stock game). I read various threads about this issue here in this forum. But I never see any post with a real solution. The work on the flotillas is already done by Beery. In the majority of times are some type of wrong mod installations which cause the CTDs and other problems. Try a new installation. This can correct all your problems with flotillas and CTDs. :hmm:
