I have the following situation here:

Attack periscope magnification will not work.
I have disabled the SH3C malfuctions and sabotage option but still nothing.
The observation scope works perfectly.
I have played two patrols like this but I really can't target my shots without the 10x magnification.
I have deleted this career and started a new one but no luck either.
Any ideas please?
