Well a thousand Arab ethic fast moving, armor backed, AA equipped elite shock trooper(including supply and support personnel) fully equipped with typical Arab armor and equipment (incl tanks), but with better optics and heavy caliber anti material rifle that's to be divided into 3 groups to attack Gaddafi positions while a hundred of those to be assigned as Eastern Libya fast mobile defense and a remaining few to train anti Gaddaffi volunteer and equip them with weapons.
