The *.ZON files for each sub contain things like Crush Depth, Armor, etc.

Copy the GR2 and ZON file to your MOD and edit the ZON file.
Use GoblinEditorApp
load the GR2 file
merge the ZON file
Make your changes
Save changes
Activate your new mod.
