Their father, Rance Howard, has been around for quite awhile (obviously) and has done a lot of work, but not of the level of his oldest son. If you're a
Babylon 5 fan, you might remember him as Sheridan's dad.
But Rance's younger brother, Ron (for whom Ronny was named) started getting acting jobs after his more famous nephew, so had to change his name. Anyone who's ever seen anything from
Deliverance to
Stargate SG-1 is probably familiar with Ronny Cox.
