Hi mate,
We are all addict to Sh3 here
The mod is going to be stand alone and will have all the main features you expected in a mega mod because there is way too much work to retrofit all i did in other mega mod if other megamod shipmates want to do it by themself it's up to them.
But we will release some parts as standalone mod after release so far we will have to discuss that between members
