Conclusion to keept it short! I reinstalled SH3 plus I installed GWX3 from a back up usb stick. It turned out some of the sound mod files, plus others got corrupted

when sent to usb stick or dragged out of usb stick. I redownloaded the mods I had and I installed them again, game works fine no crashes

! I was getting the kernel.dll crash and sound act crash. It's better to have back ups on dvd then usb stick. USB stick HP 16GB purchased at Best buy
