Sorry if I was confusing or not clear. I mean, restarting or reloading a game. That is, while already in-game, closing out to the main menu and restarting from there. I've had my boat start in areas that it wasn't in during the original save. I've also had entire convoys (that were there before) disappear off the map. When I exit SHIV completely and restart those saves from scratch, everything returns to normal.
