I'll double check the security of fileserve, if no go I'll see about setting up a private FTP possible even a chatroom too for ourselves.
EDIT: Ok I've setup my fileserve account to secure mode - Downloads can not be downloaded except by the owner (Need to login to download)

Also have registered the name
u-boot-hahd.com for a year (also have 11 mths of web hosting left) so I can create a chatroom or possibly set up a ftp server for filesharing between the team if the above in not secure enough.
