In IUb which I downloaded, it was satisfactory about the weather report.
(What was installed is only IUb1.01 with official patch v1.4.)
There are no abnormalities of a display like the following thread.

I surmise that "lumat83" was in the state in which diving or navigator is absent. :hmm:
The problem when I play was only that new commands of all do not work.

Although these worked in the shortcut key, they did not work in an orders icon.
However, the problem which no new commands don't work was solved by patch.
