But it certainly can be done through editing Flotilla.cfg and Flotillas.cfg. Once you've replaced a Flotilla, you will then need to update the reference names used in **_menu.txt.

You'd want to set the start base as Kiel from March 1941 to August 1941 before changing to La Pallice between August 1941 and October 1944. |
