I have seen quite a few mod lists in my SH5-life, but this one surely breaks all records. Poor JSGME is working overtime.

The first CTD cause that comes to mind in your mod soup is LightFog (installed after Env 5). IIRC LightFog was intended to fix/adapt older versions of the Env mod, not this final version 5.0, so I would kick that one out for a starter.

However, this mod list would benefit from lots of other streamlining, too, and it does not cover the newer versions of several important mods.
