Thats quite easy to do, have you had a look at my Sticky: Fleet Command How-to's" This will give you a basic idea on how to use the FC Database Editor?

If you want to change the type of weapon loadout on your F\A 18, you can do that within the game. Before you launch a F\A F18 click on the AAW and change it the ASUW or STRIKE.



ASUW gives you.



STRIKE gives you.



Thats if I haven't mess them two up. If you would like to change the amount of mssiles let me know.
