You've read the wrong manuals then.
This is what you should read :
- The Red Book
- The Multiplayer Tactical Employment Manual
- The P-3 Operating Manual
- Notfallmappe
- The Kilo Doctrine
The first 2 are an absolute read, they give the basis and then some more for naval tactics and manual tma. No one started this game with everything learned.
