The contacts at your picture are radio Contacts from "B-Dienst" or messages from other Subs (as in Reallife) and they are every time shown !

i tryied to run at tc1024 through Kiel-Canal but i was not able to have more than tc128 (that probably because of the settings on the main.cfg - nearland tc max 128). So probably you have made some setings in you cfg to travel at speed of light
So i can not test your situation because when i am near a contact i can not play at such a higher TC - my tc drop automatic even in the travel mode.
I am playing at tc256 max and in this case i have time to react in bad situations - remember the settings for TC in main.cfg that we spoked with sober - i am good with those settings

BTW - where you rush so fast - it is dangerous - you can have colisions
