Actually I am living in Helsinki and temperatures below than -17C are very rare in these days. However, the northern area has a lot of snow in winter and the temperatures are very romanic for people like me
. Also the sights of northern lights are wonderful. I was never been in northern areas in Jan - March but maybe HappyTimes can write here his own experiences
