I think he'd be right on the 50% though, firing torpedoes is the easy part, and lets face it you can have auto targetting. You can be able to lock on and shoot all you want, but if you cant evade escorts or intercept targets then you may as well just quit playing now
As well as knowing certain boats capabilities as far as range and diving depth and how to use magnetics properly and impacts properly.
