The minutes/speed/distance mod sounds very much like the nomograph here:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...do=file&id=912 you can also get one in metric if you are using that - just search downloads for nomograph.
The other pencil, sounds like the German side, as they get to call in air strikes and stuff like that. Not transferrale to the US side, so no mod for it at the moment, but perhaps the US side is transferrable to German side hmmm.
Third - there are a few UI changing mods, but I don't know what any of them do I'm afraid.
