I admit I am perplexed by the ebb and flow of "German+++ to British +++". One second I am German +++ and the only pattern I noted was sending out the Grand Fleet on a sweep of the English Channel, and suddenly it changed to British +++ ... I am going to assume some radom game event changed the course of the war rather than a formula computing the cost of the operation to results .. but I pose this question .. Is there a correlation between the costs of operations and results as a part of victory conditions?
Thus far I have sank of the British 8 CL's, 22 DD's, and 20 TB's at a costs of 3 DD's and 6TB's so I feel I am winning the war of attrition. We have equal seizures of Cargo Ships.
Maybe the game has nuances I do not understand
