Good to see ur getting the hang of things and about to embark on your first patrol. Where have you been assigned to? I'm on my fifth career ever, and the third using the "Greywolves Expansion" (but hey I would suggest you familiarise yourself with the stock copy first).
Typically, most people seem to be posting short messages about their career events here:-
