Isn't Piracy just a form of terrorism? Isn't the US's standard policy to not negotiate with them? Why aren't the militaries going in there to take these ships back? Because Pirates are now taking hostages on deck and beating them when a TF 151 warship approaches. Very quickly it could escalate to executions.
