Download is in first post, but take some time to read the thread (a lot there to take in).

Disable the freecam and blue interior, enable FMInterior then the blue mod. Leave freecam out of the equation until a) you feel like merging the cameras.dat file or b) someone does it for you. The freecam mod will likely mess up certain things if you enable it on top of the interiors.
