I think the problem with your lag with time compression issue is insufficient RAM.
If you are using Windows7-64 bit your best performance will come with 4 Gb of RAM, preferably DDR3.
You may also try AlacrityPC or GameBooster (google them).
You should also use SH3 Commander, as it completes the game.  |
