I think the original mod is always related to Pacific environments 4

This one above is part of Pacific Environments 4 however it's a separate file.
I would suggest making sure it's comp with RFB by downloading the whole PE4 ZIP which might be compatible w' RFB. There are several separate files and a complete instruction manual so you should be able to load it safely and you don't have to load the whole thing, just the folders that you want.

PS: Yes, the first file is just debris w' bodies. The second is the entire PE4 file containing the same file.
