Heh, i still have to go get my truck passed by the smog gestapo to renew my tags. (yeah that's what i call whoever's in charge of emission standards - the smog gestapo)

I believe it. People are very pent up there. Mormon's are very strict about the premarital thing. People get married young there, so they can get their nasty on. My fiance who's from provo, calls the BYU housing area for younger families "The Rabbit hutch's".
