Ahhh.. so you click on the menus, and they are devoid of any info. Gotcha.

Dunno... sounds like a file got lost during the install.

But as Steve said, the pull down flag recognition chart is easier to use than the F1 info.

And resupply info can be found just be looking at your map, If it's there, it's there.
