First car - Citroen Pallas, like this one but with doors and wheel arches trimmed with iron oxide. Radio where the handbrake should be, handbrake where the radio should be, pneumatic suspension though which was fun with three height settings, and a cranking handle for those flat battery days!

This is probably my most favourite car that I've had, I put on a K&N induction filter, 3" exhaust, Greenstuff drilled and grooved disks and pads and a set of Recaro Seats from an RS Turbo, set of white dials. Had it rolling road tested when it was ten years old and it was pushing out 105 BHP, stock new was 103

Then I had to become a bit more civilised with a Peugeot 406, which was the best equipped car I've had, and did me proud with regard to reliability (I put on 100k miles in less than three years with only the occasional oil/filter/plugs/leads changed) - until the cam-belt snapped and valves met pistons and I sold it on the ebay to three Czech guys who lived in Germany!!!
