I have just had a phone call from what sounded like a call centre (noise in the background) and this guy said my PC is in danger from a virus I picked up which will destroy everything on it. He went on asking if I would go on my PC so he could check? This sounded to me a hoax, I didn't say what product I was using just that I have anti virus software. Has anyone else encountered such a situation from receiving a phone call?
