I asked the same question many moons ago and didn't get much further either
If memory serves me well the VIIC/41 modelled in GWX is by a modder called Cobalt
He totally re-worked it so that other TypeVII waterstreams I assume won't work,and it would have to have its own separate mod,which no one I think has bothered to do,so far
Here's hoping someone picks up the challenge
