I actually kind of like that watch.
I like minimalistic designs. The price of that thing would have to come way down before I would consider one, though. My current watch is a Casio G-Shock and cost a lot less than that. Ok, my watch isn't as elegant as the Ziiiro or some of the others in this thread, but it tells the same time.
