I think in a graphic mod replacing manually the rain with snow. The same we make with the skins: change via JSGME. If I patrol an area of the Artic, I make the activation of the "snow mod"; when "rain" (after the instruction of weather engine in SH3), I see "snow". Of course, I donīt know how to make that
