Well, a similiar thing just happened to me. Finished a patrol in Feb '43, got excited about Mk27 (even tough I don't wanted to use it), loaded up 2 Mk27, handed out promotions and medals, saved the game and left.
Came back, loaded the savegame and well, now I have all torpedos available and all other upgrades (radar, decoys etc).
I then decided to load the autosave and got the same problem. Any idea of what to do? I would prefer not to start a new campaign since I managed to sink an Ise BB and well, I'm pretty happy about that. I didn't touch JSME in the meantime or did anything else SH4 related... just left to windows and loaded later on.
