I want to buy a IXC with a Type I conning tower so I can use the heavy flak. I was able to add the 37mm gun by changing the basic.cfg file, but I'm having the same crew problem. I tried taking the middle crew member off flak, but the 37mm won't move with 3 crew or 2. Is there a fix?
