I doubt that. Corpses would seriously weaken the concrete by becoming hollow gas bubbles. There are far better way of disposing with bodies.

The bunker in question is called "U-Boot-Bunkerwerft Valentin". It is on the Weser in northern Germany and was built between 43 and 45. It is a huge and extremely terrible looking place. Especially if you get a chance to peer into the interior.
Perhaps knowing the history made it seem worse. Some ten thousand slave labourers built the place. Four thousand died on the spot while working.
I've family living in the area and they say the locals have always claimed people were entombed in the walls during construction...
