If you canīt buy those, try a multivitamin complex that includes vitamin B.... and drink as much water as you can.
Ahh, and ask your farmacist, he can help you (I have been working in a Pharmacy for 5 years, and still on it)

Getting a hold of Vitamin B isn't a problem here in the US, its OTC along with all other vitamins and supplements. There are some pills that are available to help aid the physical symptoms, one you take befoer you go out drinking and another for when you get home. Have never tried them personally and don't know anyone that has.
Hardest part of trying to be pro-active in reducing your hangover is to actually follow through with your plan once you get home. If (in a dream world) you had a pill that would instantly remove all the alcohol from your body and thus prevent any hangover there is a good chance that once you walk through the door getting water or pills is one of the last things on your list of priorities. If you're hungry and make something to it that's a huge boost, not only in helping to break down the alcohol faster but will also replenish much of what your body has lost from drinking so much (and are more likely to have a couple glasses of water along with it).
