I knew there was a misunderstander somewhere Vendor. I know your a good guy.

Next time your WO says "Ship Spotted" tick RO icon and tick, middle option, "Contact Report" and you'll see nothing happens.

I read in an old post that, the WO has to say "Ship Spotted" 3 times then, you hit "Contact Report" and it might work.

And then you'll have a record of it like in my screenshot.
