They are not blanks. If you want to see them as thumbnails in your windows explorer, you may use this little tool from nVidea:

Follow the instructions in the readme. Be aware though that in folder Tnormal, you'll need to insert a folder
tex and move the two flags down there...
I see I removed the JSGME-version, but since Patchman didn't object, I've re-uploaded it here:

One "funny" thing - if you extract with Windows zip, it'll extract to OMflags\OMflags\Data.... but if you use 7zip, it'll extract as OMflags\Data...
Go figure...
