Jack, make sure that
neither SH3 or SH3Cmdr are installed in your Program Files folder. If either or both are, well, then there is your problem.

Wrong. SH3Cmdr modifies the
actual game files, meaning the modifications will show up in
both SH3Cmdr Personnel Files AND the ingame patrol log...
