I do not profess to know everything about politics.
I would be very interested in learning how the citizens of a state can recall their representative from the House of Representatives mid-term. I have never heard that happening, nor can I find any reference to that at House.gov.
We do not have votes of non-confidence in the US. And probably a good thing or Congress would be an empty building.
