running Win 7 Ultimate 64bit here also with no problems. I use an nVidia GTX480 though. I would suspect the ATI crossfire as the problem (driver problem). Seems like ATI has many problems with this game. I was an ATI user until I tried nVidia. Will never go back to ATI again
