In Commander you start a new career with these settings:
name of Kaleun
August 1940 (8th is not possible)
7/13th flotilla
VIIC - 77
(crew and grid)
Now start the game and repeat the settings ingame as far as possible:
confirm new career and name of Kaleun
set year to 1940
select 7/13th flotilla
Start the career and a 'calculation' starts to let you finally start at your office in Kiel in August 1940 in command of a VIIC with number 77.
