You need to download and activate JGSME. It will enable you to load mods. There are some good posts on how to load mods, and if you ask, you will get help. There is a tutorial re JGSME in Neal Stevens' sticky in the Mod forum.

You can activate the 3,000 meter bearing tool and the O'Kane tutorial for starters.
